One accountable builder carries the sequencing, the trades, the inspections and the cost, from scope to final inspection.

How an ADU job runs

Site visit. We walk the project with you and tell you plainly what the work involves and what could go wrong.

Scope in writing. A plain description of the work, the exclusions and the assumptions, before any number appears.

Written proposal and contract. Every job is priced in a written proposal and a signed contract before work begins.

Schedule and sequence. Trades, materials and inspections are sequenced up front, so the work moves in an orderly way from the first day on site.

Closeout. Final inspection and, where the building department issues one, the Certificate of Occupancy, with a complete record handed to you.
