About Erick Chung

I started working in construction when I was thirteen. Over the years, my work has often been helping fix jobs that went wrong. I get the call when a permit has stalled or the scope was never written down. I get it when the price changes after the contract is signed.

I have also worked alongside general contractors on projects that went off course. I know where jobs come apart and what it takes to put them back together.

When I run a job, the scope is written down. The permit is mapped before anyone picks up a tool. If I see a problem, I tell you early, while it can still be fixed. A job is judged by what holds up after everyone has gone home.
